Samsung has an application named Kies which may help to rescue some bricked Samsung phones. Install Kies 3 (or 2 if your phones are too old), and make sure related drivers are also installed properly.

In Kies > Emergency Firmware and Initialization. Enter required model and serial number (remove the phone battery, you should see a sticker written them)

Boot your phone to Download Mode (Power + Volume Down + Home), and use a cable that supports data, connect it to the computer.

Kies will download firmware and will do all the necessary steps for you.
